There were a few new bouts on WCW Prime for July 10, with Tony Schiavone and Dusty Rhodes narrating the action.

–Prime “MOOO” Match of the Week: Alex Wright (26-0-1) defeats Steve Austin (w/Colonel Robert Parker) (8-1) via disqualification when Arn Anderson interferes at 6:05:

–Eric Bischoff and Bobby Heenan are doing studio duties for today’s broadcast. They briefly discuss Ric Flair’s reinstatement.
–Bischoff hypes WCW’s rubber action figures. Heenan uses the Vader figure to knock the Hulk Hogan figure off his desk.
–Stars & Stripes promise that Arn Anderson & Vader will face their Waterloo tonight. Vader says he is very excited to team with Anderson for the first time.
–Tony Schiavone and Bobby Heenan are doing commentary and they are taped from Atlanta, Georgia. According to thehistoryofwwe.com, this episode was taped on April 4. Heenan paces behind Schiavone and Gene Okerlund, who discuss whether Ric Flair will be reinstated tonight.

–Footage of Big Van Vader confronting WCW Champion Hulk Hogan at the end of Starrcade is shown. The highlight is Vader grabbing Doug Dillinger by the tie and nearly decking him with a right hand.
