Blog of DOOM Daily News Thread – 8th September 2021

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I’ve been playing Quake Remastered on the Nintendo Switch recently and had some fun with it. If you’re interested in my thoughts you can click the link below. Basically, it’s Quake. It runs properly and looks nice, so if you like the idea of playing it with Joy Con’s then you should get it, or invest in a Pro Controller.

I’ve got the concluding part of my ROH Night of the Grudges review. Jabroniville has some more Dream Matches. Logan has some more WWF from 1990.

Though I can kind of understand where he’s coming from, I think he’s underappreciating the fact that for a lot of younger wrestlers just getting to say you’re a WWE Superstar is the benchmark moment you strive for. There are so many people wrestling all over the world who grew up only really watching WWE and whose sole goal in wrestling is to get there. I’m not even saying that’s a bad thing, it just is what it is

Should be an interesting match. They are probably either going to have Raquel clear out the division and move up to the main roster or select someone to be her “nemesis” who can actually take the belt off her and give her a difficult feud. Something tells me this challenger won’t be the latter, but who knows?
