Warrior in 1990

One of the big problems with Warrior’s 1990 run as champion was that he didn’t have any fresh heels to work with. The WWF just rehashed the feud with Rude, after they’d feuded for most of the previous year. The only one was Earthquake and he was programmed with Hogan.
What if, instead of cutting him loose, they did away with Akeem and made him the One Man Gang again, and programmed him with Warrior? He was easily one of the better big men in the business at this time, and after dealing with Andre, maybe Warrior is willing to slow down, listen, and actually work with him to put on good matches.
Not the worst idea, although you'd have to re-heat him a LOT and probably start the rehab way beforehand to get the stink of Akeem off the character.
