I know we all goof on WWE for only catering to an increasingly aging audience, but I marked out for JJ Dillon on AEW this week. My next thought was, “I’m 39 years old and I think I’m just about at the youngest end of the audience who would care about JJ Dillon.” FTR are nerds and purists of the highest order, so this cameo fits in character. But what’s your take? Harmless and fun cameo for diehards or emblematic of a larger problem in pro wrestling in microcosm?
