Silly, nostalgic question on its way. But, since it’s Royal Rumble time, I feel that it is appropriate.
RR ‘89. Hogan eliminates both Tully and Arn at the same time (I remember a much younger version of me thinking that this was the closest we may ever get to Hogan against Flair, by way of Hulk against two of the Horsemen. Sadly, I was wrong).
Do you think that Hogan eliminating those two quickly was done on purpose by Vince as an FU to Crockett, or maybe he couldn’t have cared less and it’s just a much older me overthinking things.
You're just overthinking. I'm pretty sure Vince wouldn't have cared that much.
