Chip Kessler announces that the Heavenly Bodies are now double tag team champions since they have the belts for SMW and the USWA.
The Bob Armstrong-Jim Cornette first blood match at Fire on the Mountain is shown.
A bloody Armstrong says he lost to Cornette because the Punisher hit him with a foreign object. He vows that he will get revenge on Cornette in Johnson City on September 9 because he is bringing his own “ace in the hole” with him.
Jim Cornette and the Punisher cut a rebuttal promo, with Cornette putting over how the Punisher is the most dangerous human walking the planet. He announces that on September 9 in Johnson City there will be a first blood match between Armstrong and the Punisher.
The Ron Wright retirement ceremony from Fire on the Mountain airs, along with the Dirty White Boy laying down for Wright in a match between the two.
After recapping how Jim Cornette has cost Buddy Landel the WWF Intercontinental and SMW Championship in recent weeks, Kessler interviews Cornette, the Punisher, and Tommy Rich. Cornette says he did not cost Landel any victories and that Landel is not grateful for his efforts to get him away from drugs and alcohol. After Cornette implies that Landel is back on the booze, Cornette says that Rich is going to get the Militia the title back. Rich cuts a generic heel promo against SMW Champion Brad Armstrong as the show heads to a commercial break.
Footage shows the Heavenly Bodies winning the SMW Tag Team Championship from the THUGS at The Super Bowl of Wrestling and the USWA Tag Team Championship from PG-13 in Memphis.
The Heavenly Bodies-THUGS match for the SMW Tag Team Championship at Fire on the Mountain is shown, along with the Militia fighting with Robert Gibson, Boo Bradley, and Brian Armstrong to end the show.
Kessler interviews SMW Tag Team Champions the Heavenly Bodies and Jim Cornette after Fire on the Mountain. Cornette yells about how the THUGS need to go to jail for assaulting Jimmy del Ray, who is sporting a crimson mask from the match. SMW still has only one tag team title belt as Cornette shows it off during the promo. After Cornette insults the THUGS some more, the THUGS attack the Bodies and they beat on Dr. Tom Prichard’s knee with a piece of wood.
The Last Word: It has been three weeks since SMW did a regular television show with new matches, hurting the promotion’s ability to build up the house show circuit with new angles. It seems like the promotion is trying to build a new card for Johnson City, Tennessee on September 9 on the basis of footage from The Super Bowl of Wrestling and Fire on the Mountain. The THUGS attack on the Heavenly Bodies made for nice television at the end of the broadcast, but that was the only value this show had.
SMW ran a few small house shows in the Eastern Kentucky area and did a fairgrounds show in Clinton, Tennessee in early September. Here are the results of those shows, courtesy of prowrestlinghistory.com:

After the match, Landel and Rich argued and Landel attacked Cornette and Rich and put Cornette in a figure-four leg lock. Eventually, the Punisher ran in and hit Landel with a blackjack and the Militia bloodied him in a beatdown.
