Raw ratings

Scott, I asked this question in the comments but I must've posted too late for anyone to see.
Why are wrestling TV ratings low? Everyone is stuck home and there are no other sports on TV. Ratings should be historically high, right?
Streaming services and video game sales are historically high. News ratings have been hitting historical highs as well. Network TV has nothing that people want to see right now, and so ratings are bottoming out. If they had a Tiger King to offer, then they probably WOULD be hitting highs, but they don't.
