After review of the recent Vice shows and the behavior of the WWE over the last few years toward all concerned, would you agree that Jimmy Snuka very much received a free pass compared to Chris Benoit when even if you buy Snuka's account of things, he was guilty of negligent homicide at the very least?
Of course. He was guilty as fuck and only escaped jail because he happened to kill his girlfriend in a place where the police were more corrupt than the Florida governor. Had it happened in modern times, when the story wouldn't be immediately buried and forgotten, I'm pretty sure justice would have been served.
