Taping multiple endings

Wouldn’t it be great if in an attempt to combat spoiler leaks, they tape more than one ending to the matches. Then by mistake, they show the version of Roman losing. Would Vince just fire everybody?
Does it really matter? What are they even going to build towards after WM? Might as well just keep all the champions the same and wait until a show with people anyway.
