Jake Roberts – Cheatum the Evil Midget

Hi Scott,

My thoughts on the Lance Archer segment – I believe the midget who introduced the contest was actually Cheatum, who was originally introduced by Jake Roberts in 1992 for Spin the Wheel Make the Deal. Here he was brought out again by Jake. and the chanting of "Try or Die" to me was very reminiscent of the chanting of "Spin the wheel make the deal!" in this video:

I know these are obscure references that likely didn't register with 99.99% of the audience, I LOVED IT, and it means that someone is paying attention.

Any thoughts? Do you agree with my interpretations?

I thought that guy looked familiar! Good to see he got out of prison after bombing that boat and made something out of himself again.
