So it looks like we're heading to Roman Reigns vs Goldberg at Mania. What if, instead of the match we're likely to get (the match of a dozen spears), they went a different route:
Roman & Bill trade blows for a couple minutes, and then Goldberg goes for the first big spear, connects, and is knocked out. Then Roman reveals, ala Bret Hart in 1998, he had a metal plate hidden.
Roman wins. We get a short match on what's probably a 13 match 7 hour show. At least it's different. And Roman already has the vest for the concealment factor…
I guess it's a thing you can do. It won't help with the runtime THAT much, though. They did a short title match with Seth and Brock last year and that show was still a million hours long too.
