Indies and Insanity: December 5, 2019

First, the sports: tonight’s NFL Game of the Week of the Day is Dallas/Chicago.  TNT is taking the night off from the NBA, but there’s college hoops.  ESPN has a women’s twin-bill of Maryland/NC State and Syracuse/Michigan.  FS1 has UConn/Seton Hall on the women’s side, then a SmackDown replay at 8:30.

Indie wrestling is similarly quiet, as you’ll see after the jump.

Not much happening, which is too bad.  Here’s what we got:

  • Your indie show of the week is tonight’s Uncharted Territory!  John Silver and Jake Atlas meet in a huge main event!  Quarterfinal matches of the New England special Tournament For Tomorrow!  Aaron Rourke defends the Discovery Gauntlet against Masha Slamovich!  Leyla Hirsch battles Southern star AC Mack!
  • Saturday in Sydney, PWA Black Label hosts The Prefect’s 18th Birthday Party!  The aforementioned Prefects go for the tag team titles against the VeloCities, while Caveman Ugg defends the big gold against Shazza McKenzie!  Details are light, but that’s a huge double main event!
  • Revolution Pro is Live in Southampton (#11) Sunday afternoon!  Shota Umino continues his excursion in the main event against Michael Oku!  Mike Bailey battles Carlos Romo!  Dani Luna goes against Shanna!  Plus Kyle Fletcher, Hikuleo, Pretty Deadley, and more!

Beyond makes up for a light week, though, by giving us our Match Of The Week: Nerder Death Kill, the unlikely team of Thomas Santell and Nick Gage, take on CHIKARA’s Creatures of the Deep!

Bring the insanity!
