Vince & HHH comparison

HHH goes out of his way to (at least publicly) acknowledge the efforts of his NXT workers, to praise them, motivate them, makes them and the entire show look like a big deal.
You never hear/see that from Vince.
I think this speaks volumes about them as showrunners. What do you think?
I think HHH is certainly much better at the PR aspect of the business than Vince is, there's no question.
