Any talk inside WWE that the continued partnership with the murderous kingdom of Saudi Arabia plays a part in the decreased ratings and business? I tune out WWE and won't tune back in until after this sad chasing of any money is good money ends. For a refresher, this column was published just a few weeks ago: https://www.newyorker.com/news/our-columnists/jamal-khashoggis-murder-haunts-saudi-arabias-crown-prince
I actually don't think that's the case at all. Maybe in a different time with a longer news cycle, but these days you weather the storm on Twitter for a few days, put on the show anyway, and then it's off to the next controversy, like trying to market a racially insensitive t-shirt. They even brought Hulk Hogan back, where he debuted on the Saudi show as host! If that doesn't tell you something about how quickly things turn over these days, nothing will.
