Just wondering, was there any reason why Razor didn't regain the IC at WMXXI?
The storyline seemed taylor-made for a switch. Razor had be cheated at RR. They knew they weren't switching the World Title.
Plus, in any event, he was ending up with the title soon enough anyway.
Did Hall flunk a drug test?
