Owning a feud

Can you think of two guys with a feud where one person just dominated every aspect. Raven/Tommy Dreamer was intentionally booked to always leave Tommy as the wronged loser and it actually made him a star.
But Shawn and Bulldog is amazing. Between 92 and 97, Shawn beat him for the IC Title, Tag Titles twice, European Title (in Bulldog’s home country), eliminates him last in the 95 Rumble, and owned him in ppv matches in 95-96. Has anyone ever got owned in a feud worse than Bulldog?
I'd say Randy Savage in his feud with Hulk Hogan. He never won a match and lost the World title to him several times.
