Young Steph at Nitro??

So I’m skimming old Nitros looking for Sting and Luger shenanigans and I came across a curious bit of video from the 12/4/95 Nitro live from Phoenix. Luger is in the ring awaiting WCW Champion Randy Savage, and as the Macho Man comes to the ring, the camera catches a young lady at ringside:

If that’s not 19 year old Stephanie McMahon, that is a wild, wild, wild coincidence. It’s also the best bit of evidence I’ve seen for the generally hilarious “Savage was blackballed by Vince because he was snapping into Stephanie” rumors.
