Summerslam Repeat

Hey Scott,

While Extreme Rules seems to have over-delivered, Summerslam seems like stale old stuff that has been done ad nauseum. Besides the women’s matches, everything announced so far has been done to death and back.
Current card:
Lesnar/Rollins – 3rd 1 on 1 match on PPV, 5th including triple threats
Kofi/Orton – Done a decade ago multiple times but points to them for actually bringing it up
Balor/Wyatt – lost track of how many times they’ve fought each other on PPV, Wyatt likely wins and they rematch again with Finn as the demon to get the win back
Owens/Shane – done before on PPV in a Hell in the Cell match which they’re not acknowledging, hope they add stip of Shane being off TV if he loses since Owens has to quit if he does
But hey, at least they brought Natalya back out of mothballs for a title match (hopefully leads to rumored Rousey return) and Trish/Charlotte sounds decent.
Thoughts?

I don't feel any particular excitement for anything on the show, mostly because everything is an abrupt switch from the direction they had been going since Wrestlemania and they haven't done a particularly good job of building any of this up thus far. But it should all be fine, I'm sure. The problem is gonna be when they start piling on matches to artificially stretch this show out to 5 hours or however long it ends up.
