10 straight years of part-timers main eventing Wrestlemania

What does it say about the current state of WWE when they've had part-timers (or retirees in the case of Michaels & Rousey) main eventing Wrestlemania for 10 straight years? And yes, I'm including The Rock for WM 27. He was the star of the match.

What does it say that a part-timer is the current World champion of their #1 brand? Maybe that'll be Vince's next excuse at the investor's conference. "Oh, ratings were down another 300,000 viewers because our champion was busy headlocking a moose on his farm in Saskatchewan."
