Bischoff/Heyman Regime

I'm not entirely against Bischoff and Heyman creatively taking over Smackdown and Raw. However, does having the 2 of them on the 2 shows matter anymore since the brand extension is basically dead? I would've tried this before enacting the stupid "wildcard rule."
That's what happens when you're desperately throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks.
