The “new” pitfalls

I vaguely remember the new ECW putting Jamie Noble and I wanna say kid lash together as a new incarnation of the pit bulls? Anyway I don’t remember it being references on tv or ever getting explained.

Did I Dream this? Why did they decide on that pairing and ignore their cruiserweight abilities in favor of a brawler gimmick?

Also, why weren’t the bashans ever used in the ring in the new eve since I recall them being Heyman’s security in face masks…
