WWE Is a Joke – Women’s Evolution Edition

WWE had a women's only PPV in October. Then, it spent the better part of 6 months moving toward, promoting, then executing the First Women's Main Event in WrestleMania History.

Only to then promote an event in a country where women are not even allowed to be on the card as "bigger than or equivalent to WrestleMania." How women are not in full boycott mode at this point is beyond me.

All of the stuff they do with the Women's Revolution, Connor's Cure, Make A Wish, etc. to be whatever it is it tries/promotes itself to be will never trump the fact that WWE is a literal circus run by carnival barkers who will do anything for an extra buck, including basically making themselves look like disingenuous assholes to anyone with a brain.

I love the Network for providing content that I grew up on and endless hours of pro wrestling entertainment from the past. But, man, it is difficult to get behind the current iteration of this company sometimes.

Here's to AEW.

There's some bitter e-mails in the inbox this morning. For the record, I'm glad crowds boo every mention of the Saudi show and I'm not covering the upcoming one or any further ones they hold there.
