Refusing To Job?

By Scott Keith on 22 January 2019

When a wrestler refuses to job, can the company they work for sue them for breach of contract? In fact, has that ever happened before anywhere that you know of?
Depends on the contract. Normally they wouldn't be sued, but just fired, and that happened all the time. Bret Hart and Hulk Hogan of course specifically had creative control written into their contracts, so they could (and in Bret's case, famously DID) refuse jobs.
