MITB and G1

Hey Scott,
Most of us are in agreement that the Money in the Bank concept is well past its sell by date. My question to you then is would swiping the G1 concept and applying it freshen up the idea? Say, winning the case gives you a guaranteed Rumble title shot, and you have to defend the case up to TLC to keep it? Thanks as always!
Indeed, MITB is ages past the due date (like, why did Braun Strowman even win the damn briefcase this year?) but I just don't trust them to pull something like that off properly. They can't even get through Mixed Match Challenge without changing teams a million times this year.
