How are you feeling about the whole Josh Donaldson situation? Are you worried about losing him before the season or would you rather the Jays move him and get a boatload of young players in return?
I think it's rebuilding time. Donaldson and Bautista are two of my favorite players of all time, but there's a lot of other pieces missing and they can still get some major compensation back by unloading him now. Better to do it while they can, rather than lose him for nothing next year.
Or they can trade him to the Yankees for Aaron Judge. That'd be a fair swap, right?
