The Fall and Rise of Tetsuya Naito

This is an AMAZING mini-documentary about why Japanese fans have the weird love-hate relationship with Naito, and the backstory of his upcoming title match against Okada at WrestleKingdom (which he'll probably win) and why it's such a great story.  I didn't even realize the whole angle behind the smashing of the IC title belt until this guy pointed it out, which is awesome.  I love stuff like this that makes New Japan's rather dense and complex history more accessible to North American doofuses like myself, and it makes me want to fire up New Japan World and check this stuff out.
