So how does the Smackdown writing team handle the American Alpha v. Heath Slater & Rhyno match at Backlash? Because AA is clearly the team to push, but they’ve booked themselves into a scenario where they will be the heels at the PPV.
Or is it silly to assume the writing team is planning things out an entire week and a half in advance?
Yeah, but he’s an unsigned free agent. Why would the writing team want to get behind someone who could just jump to the other show tomorrow? Makes no sense.
