Wasn’t Bray Wyatt supposed to be this generation’s Undertaker? Why do they book him like everyone else?
He either trades wins in 50-50 booking to current stars (Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan) or outright loses feuds to legends like John Cena and The Undertaker.
When the Undertaker debuted he not only beat Hulk Hogan within a year, he didn’t really lose a feud till Steve Austin in 1998. That’s 8 years of beating the shit out people!!
What would you do with him?
I dunno, it’s becoming kind of a lost cause at this point. He talks in circles and never follows through on any of his vague threats. Remember when he spent all of 2015 saying "ANYONE BUT ROMAN!" and then Roman ended up winning the World title twice by the end of the year? And then this year they started a feud with Brock Lesnar and then just abruptly dropped it when they realized no one cares. As others have noted, what he really needs is to leave for a few months and go somewhere else to freshen up the act. Brown Snowman is dragging this poor guy down to the midcard by association. He needs to actually do something meaningful, like brainwashing a top star into his cult to prove that he’s a character people can take seriously. But really, it’s been nearly three years now and his crowning achievement was losing to Undertaker in a **1/2 match at Wrestlemania, so I’m not holding my breath.
