Big Boss Man HOF question

Why is the character The Big Boss Man getting into the Hall Of Fame instead of Ray Traylor himself?

I don’t understand this weird thing with WWE where they will induct real people under their real names alongside characters like The Big Bossman and just ignore anything Ray did in wrestling outside of his WWE runs.

I think the rationale is that if they only induct the specific character, they can always induct another specific character later if needed. Like inducting "Razor Ramon" one year and then potentially inducting Scott Hall with the nWo another year. Why this needed to happen with, say, Madusa, I have no idea.

Also, how Jacqueline rates inclusion into ANY Hall of Fame, I have even less idea, but I guess we now have the new Koko B. Ware level of inclusion to reference.
