Do wrestlers still speak carny?

Beyond the irony of using that term in a televised situation, it does bring up a strange question: Do wrestlers still talk carny? I mean, what the point of the word "kayfabe" when EVERYONE knows what it means?

According to Lance Storm, he tries to discourage it in his trainees. Stuff like the fake handshake and the carny lingo, just because as noted EVERYONE knows it anyway. Some like HHH still apparently take it seriously, though. I think once the post-Cena generation comes into power, that’s it for the carny nonsense.
