Scott – it's me, Tom the Actuary. There is another thing that effected the TV deal that I'm surprised no one has hit on. Who else but WWE is trying to sell advertising for a TV show, while simultaneously pushing (on the air, repeatedly) an app for people to watch instead of the commercials? Do they not think this might devalue any TV deal they have?

And yeah, USA already smacked them on the nose when they were driving people to the website during commercials years ago, so I'm kind of surprised that they're getting away with it now via the app. I'm not sure if they're just flying under the radar or what.
