Little late tonight but I got in before RAW began and we’ve got two more shows before the 2018 Royal Rumble which starts the Road to Wrestlemania. Expect more entrants tonight and the other matches on the card to begin to get finalized.

No more Monday football. Massive Cavs-Warriors game headlines the NBA. New episode of Supergirl, new episode of the Bachelor…few other new things out there.

I hope everyone is back and safe after the holiday season. We’re back in regular time again. RAW is live and prepping for the Royal Rumble, which starts the Road to Wrestlemania of course.

There is a college football national championship game tonight between teams from the deep south so the ratings will not be as good as expected but still a pain in the ass to RAW ratings.

As for other TV: There is a David Bowie documentary on HBO I’ll have to DVR. There a bunch of new House Hunters and The Bachelor and some game show on NBC called ‘The Wall’. Only one NHL game but a full NBA slate.

Merry Christmas! I hope you all got everything you wanted and if you didn’t you can bitch about it in the comments. In honor of Fritz von Erich’s beliefs, RAW is live tonight and I don’t expect much other than silly holiday run….and John Cena.

The Eagles should slap the Raiders in the night NFL game and there are a couple of NBA games. But open presents. Spend time with your families. Do something else!

Well the less said about that snoozer of a PPV the better.

RAW is live tonight and it’s a pretty packed show with Brock Lesnar returning, Seth Rollins vs. Samoa Joe and a six-women tag match with Absolution against Sasha, Bayley and Mickie James. And Roman Reigns will probably have another well-regarded defense of the I-C title.

Other TV options include Monday night football between the Bucs and Falcons, there are about 10 games on the NBA schedule and Kobe is getting both his numbers retired tonight, five games on the NHL schedule. New episode of the Voice leading into tomorrow’s finale and there are a couple of year end specials.

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. It’s Holiday time and I love seeing all the lights and pageantry of the season. It’s even gotten into the low 40s at night here in Florida to get to feeling even more festive.

RAW is live tonight as the slow build to the Royal Rumble continues. It’s actually working out well for television too because they are focusing more on the quality of the program than building to whatever PPV is coming in three weeks time so it’s made for a couple of decent shows. The only announced match for tonight is Kane vs. Strowman, which hasn’t done anything for Strowman other than cool him off. The winner will get Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble and the loser may run for mayor of some town in Tennessee. At least that’s the way it SHOULD be.

As for other television, let’s see what we’ve got: New episode of Lucifer, new episode of Kevin Can Wait, Top 8 on The Voice, new episode of Christmas Light Fight, Stars-Rangers and Islanders-Capitals highlight the six NHL games while Pelicans-Rockets looks like the best game on the six-game NBA slate. Patriots-Dolphins is YOUR Monday Night football game.

Man clearly Rob Gronkowski took those wrestling lessons from Mojo Rawley a little too seriously. Hope you all had a good weekend. I am better after losing my voice last weekend. Still haven’t completely found it but it’s getting better.

RAW is live tonight as the slow build to the Royal Rumble continues. I think there is a tag title return match tonight between The Bar and Ambrose/Rollins. The Monday Night football game is Steelers-Bengals, which is generally a fun and eventful game. Cleveland goes for their 11th or 12th straight win in the NBA and there are three games on the NHL schedule.

In other viewing we’re down to the Top 10 on The Voice….I miss my voice….New episodes of Lucifer and Supergirl and also the Family Christmas Lights challenge starts tonight. That’s some qualify tube folks.

Hope everyone had a nice American Thanksgiving! And the non-Americans here had a nice regular weekend. RAW is live tonight (I guess) and they are building toward the Royal Rumble now I guess so we’ve got like two months of actual build and maybe we’ll get some good television mixed in there.

Ravens-Texans is your Monday night game and damn the 76ers-Cavaliers sounds like quite the nice NBA feature on this Monday night. We got all the other shows like The Voice and Dancing With the Stars and Arrow and Kevin Can’t Wait.

Plus HBO has a documentary on meth usage which sounds depressing as hell and is likely to be equally depressing to watch.

Enjoy and keep it clean!

As normal right before Thanksgiving I get sick as a dog. This is bad because I hate being sick but good because people will leave me alone until Wednesday when I will likely be on the road to recovery.

Loved NXT Takeover. Liked Survivor Series in parts. Yeah the Main Event was one big Triple H orgasm but what’d you expect once he jumped in the match. At least AJ Styles delivered and let’s hope HHH doesn’t feel the need to “put him over” at Wrestlemania 35.

Anyway there’s a fairly intriguing Falcons-Seahawks MNF game and some other good stuff on TV I’m sure but I don’t want to look. I just want my NyQuil, Gatorade and Saltine crackers. Time to tell Alexa to turn off the lights.

So *I* saw the Flair documentary…a couple of times actually and it’s fine. We all know most of the story and I don’t think it revealed anything new but it was well done. I laughed knowing the reaction that some of you would have when Stephanie showed up on the screen about an hour and 20 minutes into it knowing you couldn’t go 90 minutes without her showing up and ruining everything.

RAW is all about the Survivor Series go home tonight and Roman Reigns is returning. It seems like Survivor Series will be four hours this year¬†which is a surprise to no one. I’m guessing Wrestlemania will start at noon in 2018 and last 12 hours total.

Dolphins-Panthers Monday Night game is rather underwhelming so some might opt for the playoff round of The Voice or watch Dancing With the Stars on ABC or The Big Bang Theory. Whatever floats your boat really. AMC has the second part of Robert Kirkman’s documentary on comics with the focus being on DC Comics tonight.

In other news, Jack Swagger signed with Bellator MMA and Neville may be returning to the WWE soon.

Quick proposal guys…separate thread for the ESPN Ric Flair documentary? Separate from the 205 Live/Smackdown thread? Let me know what you think because everyone’s got their own tastes and a 30-for-30 based around one of wrestling’s greatest personalities might need separate discussion.

Otherwise RAW is taped from London. Spoilers make it sound like a decent show, which makes sense because they can edit out the garbage. Packers-Lions are your Monday Night Game. All the other usual Monday night fare on the networks. Light NBA schedule (3 games) and six games on the NHL side.

For alternative viewing HBO debuts their Rolling Stone Magazine documentary tonight and PBS has a documentary on John Coltrane for those of you that love music and music history.

Happy Monday. That was a…different Network special last night. Nothing says “keeping an eye to the future” like having Kane run roughshot over the entire face team and chokeslam Braun into a crash pad. I don’t get the fixation with the guy or why Braun needs to lower himself to run an angle with him that he’ll surely have to sell more offense than he should. Braun already had his feud with an aging vet and Big Show did a damn good job of putting him over. Kane can’t put him over. Braun would have to sell far too much to make Kane look like a threat.

If they HAVE to use Kane why not let Jason Jordan suplex the hell out of him, he could use the good vibes. Or send Kane to Smackdown and let Rusev get some positive results against him.

Anyway RAW is live tonight but Eagles-Washington is on MNF and probably more interesting. Light NHL schedule tonight but a full slate of NBA with undefeated Memphis traveling to undefeated Houston as the highlight game.

All the other usual Monday fare is on and if you want something GOOD to watch “The Princess Bride” is on Sundance at 9 p.m. ET!

We got a TLC take-home RAW tonight and there isn’t much to this card outside of the tremendous 4-on-3 main event. The down side to the match is it ties up the I-C and tag titles and with Brock taking some time off from his 6-minute matches, this is going to be a lot of filler.

Outside of that there’s Game 3 of the ALCS between Houston and the Yankees. Monday Night Football between the Titans and Colts and one game on the NHL schedule as my Lightning travel to Detroit to face the Red Wings.

New episodes of The Voice, Dancing With the Stars, Big Bang Theory, Supergirl, etc. etc.
