Hell in a Cell is your fortnightly WWE special tomorrow evening, with Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon and New Day vs. The Usos taking place inside (and outside, one would imagine) the Cell. Elsewhere, New Japan’s King of Pro-Wrestling is on Monday (JST), the Observer reports that TNA/Impact is interested in Sami Callihan, and Bret Hart called Eric Bischoff the “worst loser maggot” that got into wrestling.

Ring of Honor’s Death Before Dishonor PPV took place last night.

The relationship between streaming service FloSports and Gabe Sapolsky’s WWN has broken down.

Japanese promotion DDT has been acquired by CyberAgent, owners of streaming service AbemaTV. More details here.

NXT’s Kassius Ohno will challenge Insane Championship Wrestling’s Joe Coffey for the ICW title on September 19th.

Anthem Sports Executive Vice President Ed Nordholm spoke to Wrestling Observer Radio about the future of GFW (via 411mania).

WWE will air a half hour recap of the Mae Young Classic on the Network following Raw. The show will also feature Tessa Blanchard, Jazzy Gabert & Kay Lee Ray vs. Santana Garrett, Sarah Logan & Marti Belle.

WWE has announced a red carpet event for the Mae Young Classic before the final on Tuesday. Names expected include Ronda Rousey, Hope Solo and cast members from the Netflix series GLOW. The final itself will air live on the Network at 10pm that night.

NJPW Destruction in Fukushima takes place tomorrow, headlined by Minoru Suzuki vs. Michael Elgin in a Lumberjack match for the NEVER title and Los Ingobernables vs. CHAOS for the NEVER 6-Man titles.

The card for CMLL’s Anniversario show has been revealed.
