Randy Orton Update

Orton is currently being advertised for tag team matches in late August. There is still no word on when he will be returning from his shoulder injury, which has sidelined him since October.


Paige Update

Paige was detained by the police then taken to the hospital Sunday night after the Money in the Bank PPV. The Las Vegas Metro Police Department stated they were flagged down over a female seen running into the streets, which was reportedly Paige. The Police caught up with her then determined she needed to be sent to the hospital for a medical evaluation. A source with direct knowledge told Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet that no charges were filed and that the WWE is looking into the situation to see if any disciplinary action will be needed.


Alberto Del Rio Injury Update

Del Rio had his knee examined after the Money in the Bank PPV Sunday night. The injury came when he took his final bump in the match. No word yet as to whether or not he will miss time but he did travel to RAW yesterday.

Del Rio needed to be helped out of the arena after wrestling in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match last night. There is no further update on his condition.

Expected Names for the September WWE Performance Center Class

As of now, the Barclays Center is listing the starting time of the show at 6pm, instead of the usual 7pm start, meaning its likely they are doing a four hour-long show for the PPV.

Will Ospreay Update

Its been reported that the WWE really wanted Ospreay for the Cruiserweight Classic, despite the fact he signed a two-year deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Its even been said that the WWE attempted to get him to work the show regardless of his contract, perhaps even trying to work through New Japan.

Enzo Amore Update

Its been reported that Vince McMahon is also high on Amore, as well as his partner Big Cass. While feeling that Cass is still the bigger star of the two, Vince realizes that Amore played the bigger part in getting them over.


TNA Financial Update

TNA CFO and COO Dean Broadhead posted on his personal Facebook page this weekend how he had to secure “interim financing” with just twelve hours to spare to be able to run the Slammiversary PPV and presumably tonight’s Impact episode.
