John Cena Taking Extended Time Off

Cena has been taking off of all televised and live events for the month of November and is not listed on any dates until the December 30th show in Toronto. Cena has been removed from the Euorpean Tour as well. There are only a handful of events listed so far in December so its possible he could return earlier in the month. has also reported that the WWE stated he is taking time off for “personal reasons.”



TNA and RoH Ratings

Wednesday’s episode of Ring of Honor on Destination America drew 127,000 viewers. This is a 24% drop from last week’s 168,000 viewers.

This week’s Impact drew 275,000 viewers. This is up a bit from last week’s 272,000 viewers. The midnight replay drew 69,000 viewers, down from last week’s 122,000. TNA drew a total of 344,000 viewers this week, down 15% from last week’s total of 394,000.

Original Plans for Seth Rollins at Night of Champions

At one point, there was a plan for Rollins to defeat Ryback for the Intercontinental Title the RAW before the Night of Champions show, making him defend three different titles at the show. However, HHH nixed that idea feeling it seemed too rushed and having Rollins wrestle three times at one show seemed like overkill.

Dixie Carter to Make Major Announcement on Monday

The announcement will take place Monday at noon on TNA’s website. There is a lot of speculation that its about the upcoming tour of India but that has not been confirmed.
