Unified tag titles

Since we appear to be easing away from the brand split as it is, would it help improve the health of the tag team division if there was only one unified set of tag titles defended across both brands, and the tag division was free to compete on both brands?

Maybe in the short term, although really the problem is that they have 8 million people on the roster and can't figure out how to properly book their tag team division. Really, they have more than enough people and teams, it's just that most of them are booked like crap and so you get stuff like The B Team as tag team champions and being presented as serious threats.
